A system that operates independently of, or is not connected to, an electric transmission and distribution network. This is in contrast to a grid-connected system.

1 PV off-grid system:  This system gets power from  sunlight.

2)  Wind off-grid system:  This system gets power from wind

3)  Hybrid power system: This system can get power from both sunlight and wind
